I cannot even catch my breath from Mighty K arriving. He is SO busy! God certainly has a sense of humor and HE at least has built us up for this point. Little K was described as "all boy" by the nursery at church. Well, I am not sure where that puts Mighty K. He uses his weight and size to his advantage. If he decides to fall down in a fit he takes me down with him. You cannot go against that body weight. 34lbs for a 17 month old is amazing! Actually today he is 18 months old. He is NOT good with Baby K. We are really having to watch him. They cannot be in the same room together without someone very close by. We now have more child locks that most stores carry and gates galore. As soon as he realizes he can knock those down easily, we are in trouble. On a good note, he is an absolute love. He falls into my lap (which takes my breath away....literally) and hugs me constantly. He smiles and laughs at everything. So far he sleeps well. I am trying to get 2 naps in a day, but that may be ambitious. We are doing it so far, but they don't last very long. This time does allow us to get the HARD schoolwork done. It's working so far...kind of...well, almost. The kids are really trying to be flexible so that helps tremendously. It is amazing to see them adjust and tell me ways they are adjusting. Fostering has been very busy for us, but far more beneficial than not. They are learning incredible lessons here without even realizing it. I have so much more to post, but not enough time, so for now that is all you get. More later.
